Produced by Jena Munn & Eric Eggleston
From Cornwall Ontario, Jena spent 3 years in college learning about radio broadcasting only to realize that listening to music could never compare to the joy of writing it. She graduated and decided to move to Manhattan two days later. She made a living working as a nanny in East Hampton and spent her days off travelling to New York to meet fellow musicians and began singing every second Sunday with the all star band at The Bitter End on open mic nights.
Taking advice from friend Adam Duritz of the Counting Crows, she eventually left New York to go back home and connect with friends to work on writing her first album. The subsequent year was spent writing ” Royal Road to the Subconscious” with Eric Eggleston who also produced the album. Jena re-recorded “Lonely Me” with Eric Eggleston and producer Jeff Dawson in Vancouver B.C. and has had her single “Lullaby” used in the indie film “Cherries and Clover”. Currently living in Toronto she hopes to soon start playing in various venues around the city and has been teaming up with several great Canadian artists to begin writing her second album.
